CarPay actually calculates and tracks the many details of a complex car loan: Balance, Principal, Interest (Paid & Unpaid, Simple & Pre-computed), Pickup Payments, Side Notes, Late Fees, Partial Payments, Double Payments, Voided Payments, and Early Payoffs.

We have developed our websites, infrastructure, and policies with security as the top priority. We want your information, your customers' information, and all payment data to be as secure as possible.

We encrypt all sensitive data at rest and in-transit. We store credit and bank account numbers on a third-party, PCI-compliant system. We upgrade to the latest security standards when available.

For now, you can either put all your customers into one dealer account on our site, or create one dealer account for each of your locations.
The best way to get started is to create a free Test Drive account. Then you can try out most of our features. Then, when you're ready, apply for a Merchant Account so that you can accept credit/debit card payments. You can also easily apply to accept ACH bank payments, which has the potential to save you the most money.

Then you can begin adding new customers to our site so they can start making payments online, either manually or automatically.
